Why book ahead

The stand gets busy. Your decision is
too big to rush in a crowd.

01

One-on-one time with Eduardo — the builder, not a salesperson — to ask the questions a brochure can't answer.

02

A proper walk-through of a finished home, at your pace.

03

Straight answers on council rules, placement and what's actually included — for your situation.

The home on show

See One Finished — Then Picture Yours

The home on show is the Serenity. It's not the only home we build — it's proof of how we build.

Step inside and you'll feel the difference between a real, lived-in home and a showroom shell: the light, the space, the finish, the craftsmanship.

Then the real conversation starts — because every Casa Tiny home is built around your life, your block and your budget. Downsizing on your own terms. A space for family. A short-stay that pays for itself. We build to you, not to a catalogue.

Why Casa Tiny

Buying certainty, not a problem.

Everything's included — no surprises later.

Air conditioning, stove, cooktop, range hood — part of the standard build, not bolt-on extras after you've signed. We'll hand you the full inclusions list at the stand so you can compare like-for-like.

Built to Australian standards — and built to move with you.

Every Casa is a genuine tiny house on wheels, built on a registered trailer to Australian standards. No modular, no compromise — a finished home you place on your block today, and take with you if life changes.

Australian-built, builder-led.

Every home is built and personally walked through by Eduardo. Members of THIA and ATHA. Featured in the Daily Mail, Australian Financial Review and realestate.com.au. Built on the Sunshine Coast, delivered Australia-wide, in 8–12 weeks.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Do I have to book, or can I just walk up? +

You're welcome to walk up — but reserving a time means Eduardo is expecting you, and you skip the busy periods for a proper one-on-one.

Can I legally put a tiny home on my land? +

Because every Casa is on wheels — a registered trailer, not a fixed modular build — it's generally treated as a caravan, not a permanent dwelling. Rules vary by council, so bring your block details to the stand.

Is this like a caravan or a demountable? +

No — it's a purpose-built, fixed home, finished and fitted to live in. Step inside the Serenity and you'll feel the difference straight away.

Is the Serenity the only model? +

No. It's the home on display — but we build to your design, your block and your budget. The Expo is the best place to start that conversation.

Do I have to decide at the Expo? +

Never. Reserve with a A$5k deposit and a cooling-off period if you're ready — or just come for a look and a chat.
